Three kinds of patents need to go through preliminary examination (in the form of examination, about six months or so), if there are questions, you will receive a notice of correction, reply time is 2 months; preliminary examination qualifying, utility models and designs can be granted a patent; invention in the first instance, but also substantive examination (content review, approximately 15 months), typically received 2-3 times review comments notice, reply time is 2-4 months; substantive review and approval, the invention can be patentable right up.
